Last week I was lucky enough to be the wedding photographer at Great Fosters for Louise and Chris and their Surrey wedding. The wedding ceremony was due to take place outside and would have been my first outside ceremony, but alas the heavens opened yet again and the rain was torrential by the time I got there. On the flip side of the coin, it seemed that we were all rained out by the time it subsided and we had sunshine for the rest of the day. It wasn’t soon enough to allow the ceremony to be outside as planned but at least it gave them the opportunity to sample the fantastic surroundings this venue has to offer.
A full day for this one so I started with the bridal preps, then it was down to the serious stuff. Toastmaster Ted Prior was on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day and the wedding breakfast was held in the magnificent Tithe Barn which was then promptly turned around for the evening reception and the first dance. I then left the wedding party in the good hands of the band for the evening, Soul Factor.
A great day had by all, especially the stunning Louise and the dapper Chris. Here’s a few from the day. As always, feel free to comment below, and remember I can be found on both Facebook and Google Plus where you’ll see an image from every wedding before anywhere else.
